Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Charlotte Corporate office is seeking a Receptionist/Adm to manage their reception area. This is a great entry level opportunity that would allow for future growth. Salary up to $52K plus great benefits. Convenient location surrounded by many amenities.
Responsibilities of the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Greet guests
Answer phones and transfer to the appropriate party.
Manage conference room
Manage incoming and outgoing mail as well as Fed Ex
Order office supplies, stock supply room and break room
Update phone list and employee contact information in database
Assist with office events
Manage billing charges for clients
Assist with administrative task as needed (correspondence, reports, etc.)
Updating Excel Spreadsheets
Qualifications of the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Experience in a Receptionist/adm role
Microsoft Office
Great Communication skills both written and verbal
