Charlotte Corporate office is seeking a Receptionist/Adm to manage their reception area. This is a great entry level opportunity that would allow for future growth. Salary up to $52K plus great benefits. Convenient location surrounded by many amenities.
Responsibilities of the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
- Answer phones and transfer to the appropriate party.
- Manage conference room
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail as well as Fed Ex
- Order office supplies, stock supply room and break room
- Update phone list and employee contact information in database
- Assist with office events
- Manage billing charges for clients
- Assist with administrative task as needed (correspondence, reports, etc.)
- Updating Excel Spreadsheets
Qualifications of the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
- Experience in a Receptionist/adm role
- Microsoft Office
- Great Communication skills both written and verbal
