Generate Clear and concise Non-conformance Reports
Able to work overtime
Preference will be given to candidates with prior machinist experience

Ability to read, understand, and interpret internal and customer provided mechanical prints including GD&T
Basic experience with a wide variety of metrology equipment including CMM, Optical comparator, calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, etc
Visual Product Inspections – Surface Cosmetics of Plated/Painted and bare material parts
Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure that aerospace products meet pre-defined standards of quality
Participate in product design reviews to ensure quality considerations are integrated from the onset
Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams to establish quality requirements for raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products
Design and execute testing processes for product verification, including setting up of testing equipment and instrumentation
Analyze data from testing processes to identify areas for improvement in the quality systems
Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformities and develop corrective and preventive action plans
Maintain compliance with and international quality standards relevant to aerospace manufacturing, such as AS9100 and ISO 9001
Prepare detailed reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data, making recommendations based on findings
Conduct audits, including closing out audit findings and creating audit finding reports
Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data to improve product manufacturing
Review suppliers’ purchase orders and establish supplier quality requirements
Participate in supplier evaluations and audits to ensure compliance with company standards
