Overview The US Branded Cards Finance organization is part of Citi’s US Personal Banking Finance organization and supports the US Branded Cards & Lending business, one of the largest credit card businesses in the US. The US Branded Cards business focuses on growing its products across Proprietary and Co-Branded offerings, digitizing and optimizing customer experiences, and managing emerging payment solutions. The Costco Finance function supports the Co-Brand Cards Business Head, General Managers the Costco Business, and the LFO of the Co-Brand Cards business. The team provides business counsel and strategic support, analyzes financial data, delivers insights to executive management, and provides transparency to stakeholders to understand business dynamics. The group collaborates with the US Cards Line of Business to understand financial results and drive performance on both a tactical and long-term basis. Position Summary The Finance Lead for Costco is responsible for providing end-to-end financial oversight on Citi’s Costco credit card portfolio in coordination with the broader Finance and Product Management team. The role manages relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The objective is to apply analytical thinking to create operating plans, evaluate growth strategies, and analyze reports that support the Costco credit card portfolio. Responsibilities Drive forward-looking processes including forecasts, strategic/operating plans, financial outlooks, and review results Perform analysis and deliver presentations related to the financial performance of Citi and its competitors Generate analytics for month/quarter end flash results, related highlights, and executive management reports, and lead quarterly competitor reviews and investment reports Prepare and present to management on using metrics to evaluate and drive business decisions Advise internal clients on implications of business trends, issues, operating environment changes, and firm/unit strategy Assess risk when business decisions are made, with emphasis on protecting Citi’s reputation, clients, and assets, and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and bank policies Qualifications 10+ years of experience Experience within financial services or related industry Experience providing financial analysis for monthly forecasts, multi-year strategic forecasts, and annual budgets Proficient Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge of Oracle, Essbase, and SAP Clear and concise written and verbal communication Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required Master’s degree preferred Job Details Time Type: Full time Primary Location: Wilmington, Delaware, United States Primary Location Full Time Salary Range: $144,480.00 - $216,720.00 In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may include discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
