Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize office files and documents
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendar for team members
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
