Our client is seeking a skilled experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations, staffing, and financial administration at their Roseville location. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, organizational skills, and a background in dental office management. Job Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations of the office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency Oversee staffing, scheduling, and team leadership Handle financial administration, including preparing and interpreting reports Support a positive and professional office environment with strong communication and problem solving skills Must be able to travel between office locations as needed Provide flexibility in covering duties of others during absences Field urgent or emergency calls after business hours Description of Company: You will be supporting a well established dental office in Roseville, California.
