Project Manager Job at Selectek in Germantown

A premier structural and architectural metals company in WI is looking for a Project Manager/Estimator to manage all phases of the projects that are sold, from shop drawing to material procurement to assisting in scheduling installers to project completion. Required: Solid understanding of structural systems At least 3-5 years’ experience in the construction industry Ability to read structural drawings and perform take offs A history of successful sales, and/or project management A college degree is preferred but not required. Job Responsibilities: Work with department head to bid desired projects Prepare estimates and final bids for all bidding opportunities. Follow up on all bids to turn bids into sales. Manage all phases of the projects that are sold, from shop drawing to material procurement to assisting in scheduling installers to project completion. Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings. Work with customers and designers to resolve problems encountered.
