Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $15/hour Weekend, Night Shift Monday to Sunday Located in Davenport, FL Duties and Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a seamless experience Respond promptly and effectively to guest inquiries and requests Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency Maintain a high level of service, addressing guest concerns with prompt resolution Adapt to various responsibilities across different outlets of the property as required Support special events and perform additional duties as assigned Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Front desk experience in hospitality Basic mathematical skills Prior experience with hotel property management systems (PMS), such as OPERA, QnQ, or Maestro, is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
