Description: Seeking a licensed physical therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. The position requires a minimum of one year of experience in inpatient rehabilitation. Candidates must possess experience with orthopedic, cardiac, neurologic, and general medical/surgical diagnoses. Ability to float to other facilities as needed is essential. Candidates should be comfortable working with adult and senior populations. Familiarity with acute care settings across various levels of acuity, including ICU and general wards, is preferred. Knowledge of adaptive devices and rehabilitation techniques is important. Experience in patient assessment, treatment planning, and documentation is required. A collaborative approach to patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team is necessary. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication and time management skills.
