Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,651 per week in Cottonwood, AZ

Job Title: Outpatient Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Pelvic Health Physical Therapy Duration: 6 months Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) Experience: 1 year of experience required License: Current license in the state of Arizona Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association) Must-Have: Experience in women's pelvic health preferred and men's pelvic health experience is a plus. Description: Seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist with experience in pelvic health. The therapist will support pelvic health diagnoses with referrals from providers in the market. The caseload will include orthopedic patients as needed. The therapist will work Monday through Friday. The daily patient load will average 11 patients. The work environment is a hospital-based ambulatory clinic. The clinic supports various specialties, including orthopedics, geriatrics, cardiopulmonary, neurological, lymphedema, and pelvic health. Candidates must be prepared for potential floating to surrounding outpatient clinics. All candidates are required to adhere to quality and patient safety standards. The facility allows for six call-offs throughout a 13-week assignment. Candidates should be comfortable with a flexible schedule and potential floating based on job needs. Two professional references are required prior to start. Candidates must complete background checks as per facility policies.
