Travel Interventional Radiology (IR) - $3,026 per week in Winston Salem, NC

Interventional Radiology Technologist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (07:30 - 18:00) Experience: Minimum 1 year scrub experience required; traveler experience required License: NC or Compact license required in hand at the time of start Certifications: BLS, ARRT; ARRT Advanced Certificate preferred Must-Have: Minimum 1 year scrub experience, with emphasis on Neuro procedures. Experience with vascular studies/procedures including stents, angioplasty, and biopsies. Experience in both inpatient hospital settings and familiarity with PACS and contrast. Familiarity with Siemens and Phillips x-ray equipment. Description: Travelers must remain fully available Monday through Friday of the first week, with no other commitments. Missing any portion of orientation may result in a delayed or canceled start. Required skills in both Neuro (to include stroke intervention) and Body procedures. Daily case load of 13-17 patients. Weekend and evening shifts required for on-call rotation. All travelers must be comfortable floating based on job description with no restrictions or special requests. Candidates must have experience with all interventional radiology procedures including but not limited to nephrostomy and paracentesis. Candidates must work 2 out of 3 major holidays.
