Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - $2,418 per week in Medford, OR

The position involves visiting patients in their homes. The standard patient ratio is 1:1. You may visit up to 6 patients per day. A productivity point standard of 30 points is expected. This position does not require on-call duties, and weekend work is not mandatory. The ideal candidate should have experience in home health settings. Prior experience with Oasis charting is preferred. The traveler is responsible for having their own transportation. This role requires working with diverse patient groups, including adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Attire is flexible; any color scrubs are acceptable. Charting will be conducted using EPIC/Oasis. The facility does not have floating requirements. Travelers are expected to adhere to productivity standards.
