Travel Cath Lab Tech - $2,454 per week in Orange Park, FL

Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech Profession: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 - 17:30 Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Eligible to sit for the RCIS Certifications: RCIS or RCES or RT(R) Must-Have: Advanced skills needed: - Scrub for ablations and device implants. - Must be able to monitor and pace ablation cases. Description: Traveler shall be scheduled in accordance with facility policy and is expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees. Unit specifics include 370 beds with procedural positions. The type of equipment used includes GE Innova, Medtronic Cryoconsole, and Carto Mapping. Documentation is managed through MacLab/Meditech. Scheduling requirements consist of four 10-hour shifts per week with support in prep/recovery areas as needed. Call is not required for electrophysiology, but may be picked up in the cardiac cath lab if desired. Procedures performed on unit include RF and cryo ablations, device implants, Watchman, and Micra. Dress code consists of ceil blue scrubs supplied. The unit features newer procedure rooms and equipment with an engaged physician champion. The team is being built separately from other staff.
