Travel Cath Lab Tech - $2,600 per week in Midland, MI

Job Title: Technologist Profession: Technologist Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Required Cath Lab Experience License: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), ARRT Certifications: ACLS (AHA), ARRT, BLS (AHA) Must-Have: Current Skills Checklist, Supervisory Reference Forms Description: This position sets up all radiographic equipment prior to performing angiographic procedures. Processes and performs quality control checks on cine radiographic images. Assists in preparing patients for procedures. Assists other members of the cath lab and interventional radiology staff and physicians as needed. Ensures timely and efficient use of the cardiac cath lab and special procedures. Responsibilities include prepping patients, sterile tray set up, post-cath care, and room clean up. Manipulates equipment and sets appropriate techniques on radiographic generators to achieve optimal image quality. Operates a variety of electronic equipment including cardiac output computers and oxygen saturation equipment. Performs oxygen saturation studies and cardiac output measurements.
