Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,517 per week in Charlotte, NC

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, conducting reassessments, and discharging patients as necessary. You will be supervising Physical Therapist Assistants during visits. Daily visits will reach an average of six patients. Mileage is reimbursed weekly. The role requires traveling across various designated areas. Candidates must have experience with chronic diseases and orthopedic/ortho surgery patients. Scheduling visits with patients will occur the day prior to the planned visit. Cancelled appointments are not counted towards visit equivalents. A smartphone will be provided for documentation and communication purposes. This position fosters a collaborative team environment. There is no weekend rotation or on-call requirement. Flexible scheduling is available upon manager approval. Employees are expected to meet a visit equivalent of 30 per week.
