Travel MRI Tech - $2,944 per week in Rochester, NY

Job Title: MRI Tech Profession: Radiology/Cardiology Specialty: MRI Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 21:30 - 07:30 Experience: 2 years in MRI preferred License: NYS Radiologic Technologist or Nuclear Medicine License with injection certification required Certifications: BLS, ARRT Must-Have: - EPIC charting system experience required - Candidates within 75 miles are not accepted Description: The MRI Tech will work 4x10-hour shifts from Friday to Monday. The shift will be from 21:30 to 07:30. No on-call duty is required. Holidays are required if they fall on a scheduled workday. This position involves performing MRI scans on various patient demographics including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Candidates must have experience in adult acute care, adult outpatient care, and be familiar with different MRI equipment brands. Interdisciplinary support will be available from various teams within the facility. The environment requires a commitment to patient care and safety protocols. Candidates must be prepared to float to different areas as needed. Experience with specific imaging techniques such as perfusion and multiplanar reconstruction (MRP) is advantageous. The role will involve a daily census of approximately 20 visits.
