Travel Nuclear Medicine Tech - $3,219 per week in Orange, CA

Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist Profession: Radiology/Cardiology Specialty: Nuclear Medicine Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Experience: 1 year License: State Licensed Certifications: ARRT N, CNMT, NMTCB, BLS Must-Have: - Current COVID-19 Vaccine and Booster - Current Flu Vaccine Description: Flexibility required for scheduling. 5x8 day shift with variable days from Monday to Saturday. Variable start time between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in nuclear medicine. BLS certification is required. ARRT N, CNMT, and NMTCB certifications are necessary. Preferred qualifications include ARRT R and PET certification. Licensed Nuclear Medicine Technologist required; no CT certification needed. There will be limitations on days and times for isotope availability due to research activities. Requests for time off (RTO) must be included in the submission and cannot be changed unless to cancel. No RTO is allowed in the first two weeks of the assignment. A maximum of 7 days of RTO is highly preferred for the duration of the contract. All required certifications must be in hand when applying. Experience using the Epic charting system is required. Two supervisor references are required when applying. Local candidates will be considered at the same rate. Staff must be away for a minimum of one year to return. The manager may or may not conduct interviews. Modules are billable, with an average of 4-8 hours spent on them. Time spent on modules outside of orientation is non-billable. Modules must be completed prior to the start and annually. Module hours may vary by specialty and are self-reported.
