We are committed to delivering personalized rehabilitation services to our patients. This role involves working closely with patients and their caregivers. You will help patients live fulfilling and rewarding lives. As a Physical Therapist, you will serve in a home health setting. You will manage a caseload, which includes supervising physical therapist assistants. Your responsibilities will consist of admissions, assessments, and functional evaluations. You can expect to conduct a minimum of 5 to 6 visits per day. Successful candidates will be autonomous, motivated, self-directed, and organized.
