Title: Pharmacy - Inpatient Pharmacist Job Overview Title: Inpatient Pharmacist Type: Contract (26 Weeks) Location: 4002 24th St Lubbock, TX 79410 Responsibilities: Prepare and dispense medications accurately and efficiently in a hospital setting Compound IV, chemotherapy, and hazardous drugs following safety protocols Perform clinical dosing, including anticoagulant and renal dosing Monitor and manage pharmacotherapy for a wide range of medical problems Utilize Epic charting system to document and manage medication records Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support optimal patient care Apply knowledge of therapeutic drug monitoring, especially with high-risk and pediatric patients Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations Key Requirements: Years of Experience: Minimum 1 year inpatient pharmacy experience Travel Experience Required: No Charting System: Epic (Required)
