Job Title: Cardiac Cath Tech Profession: Allied Specialty: Cardiac Catheterization Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8hr Day Shift Hours per Shift: 40 Experience: 1 year required; 2 years preferred License: BLS, ARRT-R or RCIS Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - Experience in Cardiac Catheterization Lab - Ability to scrub, circulate, and monitor patients - Willingness to take call shifts Description: We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Cath Tech to join our team. This position involves performing a variety of procedures related to cardiac catheterization. The ideal candidate will have experience with cardiac caths, Impella, Watchman, TAVR, ECMO, and PFOs in pediatric patients. Candidates should be able to scrub, circulate, and monitor but will not be responsible for administering medications. The department sees an average of 20-25 patients per day. There will be a call requirement of 1 day per week and every 5th weekend. Candidates must prioritize patient safety in all aspects of their work. The department values supportive collaboration with the clinical team.
