Job Title: Clienttion Therapist Profession: Clienttion Therapist Specialty: Oncology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Hours per Shift: 40 Experience: 2 years required License: ARRT (T) required Certifications: ARRT, BLS (AHA) Must-Have: - 2 years of experience - ARRT (T) certification - 1 year of travel experience or work experience (post-graduation) with Varian and ARIA - TrueBeam, ARIA, Trilogy experience preferred Description: Responsible for the delivery of quality patient care through radiation therapy treatments. Perform treatment simulations and fabricate all necessary shielding blocks. Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR). Prepare equipment for patient treatments and perform quality control and assurance tests. Ensure proper infection control techniques are followed. Adhere to optimal radiation safety and protection practices. All activities reflect the organization’s philosophy, goals, objectives, and standards. Provisions of quality patient care, environmental safety, and inter-disciplinary cooperation are emphasized. Maintain professional working relationships with medical staff. A strict attendance policy is enforced. Absenteeism or tardiness beyond specified limits may result in immediate termination. Situations such as communicable diseases or hospitalization will be reviewed with supporting evidence.
