Waltham, MA . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing ServiceNow environments, ensuring performance, security, and compliance across development, testing, and production instances.
Rate Range:
$41.66/hour to $54.54/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
System Administrator job responsibilities include:
Monitor and troubleshoot the performance of ServiceNow environments (Dev, Test, and Production). Conduct routine health assessments to ensure peak performance and availability. Implement and maintain ServiceNow security policies, roles, and access controls. Perform regular application updates and patches to maintain system stability and security compliance. Lead support interactions including cases, changes, requests, and escalations. Administer software and plugin upgrades, and establish rollback plans to minimize disruption. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify workflow requirements and streamline business processes. Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree. Experience in administering ServiceNow environments. Strong understanding of ServiceNow security, upgrades, and performance monitoring. Pay Details:
$41.66 to $54.54 per hour
