We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong Salesforce expertise to lead requirement workshops, document business needs, and act as a liaison between clients and technical teams.
This role requires a customer-focused mindset, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to mentor junior team members while contributing to the Business Analysis Center of Excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and document customer business requirements through leading discovery and requirement workshops.
- Develop requirement specifications, use cases, user materials, and document technical and non-functional requirements.
- Design Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices, identifying when to use configuration, custom code, or AppExchange products.
- Review and test functionality of developed customizations, demo solutions for client feedback and approval.
- Act as a liaison between business teams, technology teams, support, and offshore resources.
- Mentor junior and mid-level Business Analysts.
- Contribute to the Business Analysis Center of Excellence.
- Foster strong relationships with Product Owners and clients, ensuring accurate and effective communication of requirements.
- Conduct Sprint End demos and facilitate UAT and end-user training.
- 7+ years of Business Analysis experience, including:
- Leading discovery workshops and producing AS-IS and TO-BE process flows.
- Identifying gaps and translating requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Working with technical leads across onshore/offshore teams.
- Hands-on experience with Agile development methodology and project management tools like JIRA.
- 3+ years of experience including:
- Configuration, Workflow/Process Builder, Flow, Approval Processes.
- Data migration using Data Loader or Data.io.
- Reports and Dashboard creation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to serve as a relationship builder among project stakeholders.
- Salesforce App Builder, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud Consultant Certification.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- CRM functional knowledge and experience with multiple system integrations and data field mapping.
- Experience in User Acceptance Testing and End-User Training.
- Preferred: Salesforce App Builder, Service Cloud or Sales Cloud Consultant; Agile certifications (SAFe, IIBA, PMI, etc.)
