Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,306 per week in Fort Dodge, IA

Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Physical Therapist (PT) Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8:00 AM - 8:00 AM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 1.5 years of PT experience, home health experience is a plus License: Iowa State License required Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Work history/resume - Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date) - License verification - Copy of required certifications - References - 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission - Proof of Taxable Address Description: This position offers same-day interviews. Qualified candidates should prepare to receive a call. As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients. The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses. Required to work 2 of 3 winter holidays (Christmas, New Year's, or Thanksgiving). Limit of 1 day request off between November 26 - November 30 and December 23 - January 2 for all travelers regardless of holidays worked. Experience working with all age groups is preferred. This position requires a commitment to providing high-quality care in a home health setting.
