Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) - $1,930 per week in Fort Dodge, IA

Job Title: Occupational Therapist Profession: Occupational Therapist Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 8:00 AM - 8:00 AM Hours per Shift: 24 Experience: At least 2 years of previous experience across all age groups required. At least 1 contract completed. Home health experience strongly encouraged. License: State Licenses required. Certifications: BLS required. Must-Have: Qualified candidates should possess a completed skills checklist within the last year. Work history and resume are required. References are highly preferred and will be required during onboarding if the candidate accepts an offer. Proof of taxable address is required to verify billing rate in accordance with local traveler policy. Description: This position offers same-day interviews. Please prepare qualified candidates to receive a call from a designated area code. As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients. The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across various campuses. Holidays: Required to work 2 of 3 (Christmas, New Years, or Thanksgiving). Limit of 1 day request off between the specified holiday periods for all travelers regardless of holidays worked.
