In the role of Digital Design Specialist, you'll be responsible for: Working under the supervision of an Architect/Engineer or other technical professional within your discipline. Generating BIM elements based on the Level of Development (LOD) outlined in the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP) and project scope. Creating and maintaining discipline models, systems, content, and digital delivery outputs. Following guidance from architects, engineers, or other professionals, while being technically competent in your discipline and relevant software. Modeling BIM elements accurately within the current 3D software environment. Preparing detailed drawings, layouts, and diagrams within project constraints. Maintaining the discipline model, including project information, coordinates, scales, and views. Producing discipline-specific documentation with accurate annotations. Monitoring and improving company standards and model health. Coordinating design with other discipline models through reviews and 3D coordination processes. Supporting or executing additional Digital Delivery requirements as needed. Required Qualifications: Technical degree or at least 3 years of relevant industry experience. Proficiency with 3D design software and document management systems. Competency in Microsoft Office and communication tools. Experience with 3D Coordination tools. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Intermediate understanding of engineering or architectural concepts.
