In the role of Digital Design Specialist, you'll: Work under the supervision of an Architect/Engineer or other technical professional within a specific discipline. Be responsible for discipline models, generating BIM elements based on Level of Development (LOD) outlined in the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP) and project scope. Create and maintain discipline models, systems, content, and overall digital delivery outputs. Follow guidance from architects, engineers, or other professionals, demonstrating technical competence with relevant software. Model BIM elements accurately within the specified environment using current 3D software. Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and diagrams within project scope, schedule, and budget. Maintain discipline models, including project information, coordinates, scales, and views. Produce discipline-specific documentation with accurate annotations. Monitor, improve, and maintain company standards and model health. Coordinate design with other discipline models through reviews and 3D coordination processes. Assist with additional Digital Delivery requirements as needed. Required Qualifications Technical degree or at least 3 years of related industry experience. Proficiency with 3D design software and document management infrastructure. Competency in Microsoft Office and communication tools. Experience with 3D Coordination tools. Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Intermediate understanding of engineering or architectural concepts.
