Pay Rate: $16.50/hr

Shift: 3rd Rotate shift

General Labor Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do)

• Safely operate equipment, pallet jack, packing lines and processing equipment.

• Produce quality products and deliver products after inspection.

• Perform quality checks that meet product specifications

• Relieve other workers for breaks

• Perform sanitation duties and material handling.

• Support the factory in continuous improvement initiatives.

• Properly notate paperwork and document accurately

• Sort pallets of finished goods for product defects

• Clean plastic trays to prevent contamination

• Stack pallets onto original pallets after full sort

• Dispose of damaged trays if needed

• Validate sort of finished goods to ensure product quality

Reclaim:

• Lift and sorting product weighing 10-15 lbs baskets.

• Frequency of lifting varies.

• Must be comfortable with repetitive movement.

• May encounter infestation of maggots, flies, and cat food.

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

• Must also perform tray washing duties.

• Responsibilities include identifying and reclaiming safe, quality products by identifying intact cups initially discarded, detecting faulty seals, product entrapment, and inflated cups, and maintaining a data sheet for all non-reclaimed products.

Tray Washing:

• Cleaning, lifting, and stacking 5-10 lb trays.

• Must be able to work in a cold, damp, wet environment.

• May encounter infestation of maggots and cat food.

• Expected to clean 30-60 trays per hour.

• Must also perform reclaim duties, consistently washing large trays to eliminate residual waste within a wet and cold setting.

General Labor Shift Info

• Day Shift 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM

• Night Shift 7:00 pm to 7:00 am

• Rotating Days

General Labor Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)

• Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, pickup, carry 50lbs or more on a continuous basis, and stand for long periods of time.

• Perform repetitive motions for long periods of time.

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

• Able to pass a background check 

• Able to work in the US
