Responsibilities
Shift leadership: lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards.
Monitor safety, security, and profitability; communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them to run a great shift.
Help meet targets during shifts and assist assigned departments in meeting their goals.
Responsibilities may include: Food Safety, Internal Communication, Inventory Management, Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness, Managing Crew, Quality Food Production, Exceptional Customer Service, Safety and Security, Scheduling, Training.
Qualifications
Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
Positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun, with a passion to work the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned and operated restaurants.
