General RV Center is hiring: Warehouse Manager in Wixom

Join to apply for the Warehouse Manager role at General RV Center. Salem Distributors, a subsidiary of General RV Center, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations. This individual will be highly involved in all facets of the warehouse and its team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and smooth workflow.
• Maintain strong relationships with store and parts managers to support operational goals.
• Support and guide the team through coaching, motivation, and hands-on involvement.
• Host daily morning meetings to review performance and coordinate upcoming workloads.
• Monitor employee attendance, labor, and training while participating in performance evaluations.
• Assist with receiving, shipping, and general warehouse operations as needed.
• Coordinate setup and takedown of parts displays at trade shows, conventions, and events.
• Conduct annual inventory audits and work with Inventory Specialist on cycle counts and issue resolution.
• Oversee e-commerce operations and manage P&L to support business growth and profitability.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and adherence to safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Motivate, encourage and assist the team on a daily basis. Keep them excited!

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma Required.
• Minimum 3 years of Warehouse leadership experience.
• Leadership aptitudes with the ability to supervise and delegate.
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Detail oriented, highly organized individual.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
• Must be able to pass Michigan DOT physical.
• Hi-Lo/Forklift experience (preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
