Position summary

Want to make a lot of people’s day? Our Member Frontline Cashier Associates are the heart of our front end. You may be the first, last, and sometimes only associate our members interact with. This role involves greeting members, running registers, and supporting self-checkout. The pace can be fast, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during holiday seasons. It requires juggling several tasks quickly while helping members: scanning items, processing payments, and maintaining a clean area.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
• Provide exceptional customer service across the club, answer questions, and assist with purchases
• Assist members with payments and transactions at registers or self-checkout
• Keep the area clean, neat, and member-ready
• Support merchandising and organization of merchandise as needed

• Promote the company’s products and services and provide guidance on member self-service technology
• Zoning and organizing the service area to ensure efficient member flow

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $25.00.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
