LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant for a direct hire opportunity with a client in Washington, DC. This role will support a C-Suite executive for an investment firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a dynamic and complex calendar, including internal/external meetings, investor calls, and board sessions.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel through a 3rd party vendor.
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them with minimal disruption.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, edit, and manage high-level correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-up documentation for meetings.
- Track action items and ensure timely execution across departments.
- Support strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned.
- Process and reconcile expense reports with high accuracy.
- Partner with external travel and logistics vendors when needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–10 years supporting C-suite executives, ideally in investment management, private equity, or financial services
- Executive presence and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Strong judgment, discretion, and adaptability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
