Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 (depending on skills and experience)

Location: Beau's Kitchen & Tavern and Sheraton Club Lounge

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee operations at Beau's Kitchen & Tavern and the Sheraton Club Lounge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction while effectively managing beverage costs, labor costs, and other operational expenses. This position will play a crucial role in the transition to the Sheraton branded &More restaurant concept and the new Sheraton Club Lounge as renovations conclude in Q4.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of Beau's Kitchen & Tavern and Sheraton Club Lounge
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences and satisfaction
  • Manage and optimize beverage and labor costs
  • Monitor and control other operational expenses
  • Lead the transition to the Sheraton branded &More restaurant concept
  • Collaborate with staff to implement new processes and standards post-renovation
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance performance
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Analyze financial reports and implement strategies for improvement

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
