We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee both Front of House and Back of House operations, ensuring adherence to our Legendary Food and Service standards. If you have experience managing restaurants and are passionate about guest satisfaction and kitchen operations, apply today!
Responsibilities of a Restaurant Manager
- Manage hourly employees, including performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
- Review applications, interview, and recommend or make hiring decisions for hourly staff.
- Direct staff work, including scheduling and task assignment before, during, and after restaurant hours.
- Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate and schedule training for Front of House and Back of House teams.
- Supervise food production and preparation, ensuring compliance with recipes and procedures.
- Conduct formal taste tests and temperature checks.
- Enforce security measures to maintain safety for employees and guests.
- Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs through weekly inventory.
- Practice safe food handling procedures.
- Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with our core values and goals.
