Role Overview

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee both Front of House and Back of House operations, ensuring adherence to our legendary standards of food and service. If you are an experienced Restaurant Manager passionate about guest experience and kitchen operations, apply today!

Responsibilities

  1. Manage hourly employees, including performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
  2. Review applications, conduct interviews, and make hiring recommendations.
  3. Direct employee work schedules and tasks before, during, and after restaurant hours.
  4. Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
  5. Provide and schedule training for Front and Back of House staff.
  6. Supervise food production and preparation according to recipes and procedures.
  7. Conduct formal line Taste & Temps.
  8. Enforce security measures to ensure safety of employees and guests.
  9. Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs through weekly inventory.
  10. Practice safe food handling procedures.
  11. Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with core values and operational goals.
