About the Role: We're seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Production Analyst to join our dynamic team in Midland, Texas. This role is critical to optimizing well performance, streamlining production data workflows, and supporting field operations with actionable insights. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze daily oil and gas production data across operated assets
• Maintain and validate production volumes using ProdView Peloton
• Collaborate with field personnel to ensure accurate data capture and timely reporting
• Generate production reports, dashboards, and variance analyses for engineering and management teams
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for operational improvement
• Support regulatory reporting and compliance efforts
• Assist in system upgrades, data migrations, and integration projects

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in oil & gas production analysis
• Proficiency in Peloton's ProdView software is required
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Permian Basin operations preferred
