Kingsway Christian Church, a thriving, large church on the west side of Indianapolis, is looking for a Production Specialist (25 hours) to support our Production Ministry. This role is your chance to contribute to impactful worship experiences and help our team shine!

What You'll Do:
- Support the Production Manager in implementing strategies and weekly ministry duties
- Assist with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades
- Program graphics and manage AVL systems for weekly worship services
- Support outside events and special projects as needed
- Ensure all documentation and processes are organized and ready for volunteers
Ideal Candidate:
- Personal relationship with Jesus and a cooperative, team-focused spirit
- 1–3 years experience in a live production environment (AVL)
- Strong technical knowledge of audio, video, and lighting systems
- Action-oriented, relational, and able to assist volunteers and staff effectively
- Comfortable with physical setup, including lifting, heights, and use of ladders/lifts
