Objective:
To create and support distraction-free worship environments across all Trinity Ministries campuses, where Everyday People can discover an Extraordinary Life with God.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Worship Experience team, Production Director, and campus staff to plan and execute weekly worship services and ministry events with excellence.
  • Recruit, train, and empower volunteers to serve effectively in production roles.
  • Lead volunteer production teams on weekends, fostering a healthy, Christ-centered culture.
  • Operate audio, video, and lighting equipment when volunteers are unavailable.
  • Rehearse and refine service elements to ensure smooth, distraction-free worship experiences.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real time.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend or implement better systems and processes.
  • Maintain production equipment and software in good working order.
  • Ensure volunteers are prepared, resourced, and equipped to deliver high-quality worship services.
  • Provide production support for mid-week events and ministry gatherings as needed.
  • Participate in meetings with the Production Director and other staff as requested.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Familiarity with software such as ProPresenter, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, and Teams.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and model integrity.
  • Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and working in fast-paced environments.

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma required, college or degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience in live production and volunteer team leadership strongly preferred.
  • Moderate knowledge of audio, video, and lighting systems with a desire to grow in technical expertise.
