Japanese Automotive manufacturing company is seeking 2 Production Specialists.

Location: Georgetown, KY

Salary: $53,000 - $56,000 plus bonus $5,500+ All shift available Day Shift, Evening Shift, Overnight Shift

Summary:

The Production Specialist is responsible for supporting and executing daily manufacturing operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met. This role plays a key part in maintaining workflow, resolving issues on the production floor, and contributing to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment and machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Perform routine inspections and quality checks during production.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment or process issues and escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet daily production goals.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.
• Assist in training new production team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or associate degree a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, schematics, or blueprints.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Familiarity with basic computer systems and production tracking tools.
