A Day In The Life

In the dynamic role of Production Planner at Monster Energy, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring that our manufacturing plant's finished goods requirements are met with precision and efficiency across all departments. The Impact You’ll Make

  • Support and coordinate planning and scheduling for daily, weekly, and monthly plant production and material requirements.
  • Create and maintain production schedules on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Generate reports on production volume, including daily, weekly, and monthly cases produced.
  • Forecast production needs by coordinating raw material releases for production projections.
  • Communicate proactively with vendors to meet delivery deadlines based on lead times.
  • Provide accurate information on material consumption, including process orders, materials, quantities, and lot numbers.
  • Initiate, update, and confirm daily production process orders for work-in-progress (WIP) and finished goods (FG).
  • For Production & Manufacturing Centers (Norwalk & Phoenix): create and maintain master recipe production versions for each SKU or updated BOM, escalate raw material availability issues, and provide solutions. Manage purchase orders and production schedules to meet demand, reviewing usage history for raw material flow improvements.
Who You Are

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Business Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in production planning.
  • Knowledge of SAP preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting).
Monster Energy offers competitive total compensation. The position's salary ranges from $25.00 to $29.00 per hour, depending on skills, experience, and location. #J-18808-Ljbffr
