As the Planning Planner, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing production planning, materials planning, and inventory management across Cibo Vita’s global manufacturing and distribution network. This role ensures alignment between demand forecasts, production capabilities, and supply chain logistics to deliver high service levels, minimize waste, and maintain cost efficiency.
You will collaborate closely with Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams to ensure timely production and distribution of our healthy snack products across multiple markets.
- Develop and maintain production schedules in alignment with company goals.
- Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and sales teams to ensure timely production.
- Analyze production data to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
- Optimize resource allocation and workforce planning.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
- Prepare and present production reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, operations research, or related area.
- 3+ years of experience in production planning, logistics, and materials handling.
- 3+ years in a manufacturing environment.
- ERP experience is required.
- Food / Beverage Industry experience preferred.
- Certifications in APICS, CPSM, Six Sigma, and Lean manufacturing are preferred.
