Reporting to the VP of production, the ideal candidate must have home textiles or soft home experience and 3-4 years of experience. The role involves coordinating with overseas factories to oversee sampling, approvals, and bulk production, as well as partnering with cross-functional teams (design, sourcing, logistics, and sales) to align on production requirements.

The candidate should have excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail, and strong communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is also required.

The salary for this position is $75,000-$80,000.
