Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations to ensure that production goals, safety standards, and quality expectations are consistently met.
• Lead, motivate, and support a team of production employees by providing training, direction, and feedback.
• Monitor workflow and make adjustments to schedules and staffing as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Partner with quality, maintenance, and other departments to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.
• Complete daily production reports, track key metrics, and communicate performance updates to leadership.
• Support lean manufacturing initiatives and participate in process improvement projects.
• Identify and address performance concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret production reports, procedures, and schedules.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or leadership training.
• Experience in food or regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Candidates must live within 30 minutes of the plant or be willing to relocate within 6 months of employment.
• Relocation assistance may be considered for the right candidate.
