Forklift Operator PT role at R+L Carriers – Columbiana, OH. Part-Time, Monday – Friday, various shifts. Starting pay listed at $21.80 hr.

R+L Carriers has an immediate need for Part-time Forklift Operators at our Columbiana, OH service center. As a Forklift Operator, you will move freight safely in and out of enclosed trailers up to 53’ long on a roofed but non-climate-controlled dock.

Responsibilities

• Move all different types of freight safely on and off enclosed trailers up to 53’ long.
• Operate a forklift on a roofed but non-climate-controlled dock.

Qualifications

• Must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty
• Ability to read manifests
• Ability to read/interact with a computer display
• Forklift experience
• Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Previous forklift experience in a fast-paced environment
• Some LTL experience
