Day in the Life

Your day begins with ensuring all safety protocols and environmental regulations are followed. You’ll set up equipment, clean machines, and maintain essential components. With expertise in hand tools, you'll support weld gun maintenance and perform preventative repairs.

Core Responsibilities
  • Execute welding operations with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Troubleshoot robotic systems, adjusting sensors and maintaining weld fixtures.
  • Utilize your knowledge of GMAW components and resolve issues with precision.
  • Operate Nut feeders and Plex systems to ensure seamless production flow.
Required Skills & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-year experience as a Weld Operator; 2 years in automated welding applications preferred.
  • Technical degree or experience with ABB and Fanuc robots is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting, reading job element sheets, and using teach pendants.
  • Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and manipulate robots effectively.
