Contract Services Needed

• TRACK: Manage event equipment, including cameras and marketing assets.
• EXECUTION: Set up BallerTV’s streaming and filming equipment at each venue, working efficiently and safely.
• MONITOR: Ensure smooth streaming, troubleshoot tech issues, and communicate with the team during events.
• ENJOY: Watch live sports while working — a unique opportunity!

Role Details

• This is a part-time, weekend contractor position.
• Work hours may start as early as 6AM and extend to 10PM.
• Travel up to 40 miles may be required.
• Pay: Starting at $16/hour, varies by area.
• Note: Shifts can exceed 12 hours; weekend tournaments may involve over 30 hours of work. The role requires standing and lifting heavy objects.

We are a startup building the world’s largest sports network, streaming over 350,000 youth tournaments in 2021. We’re expanding sports coverage and transforming sports broadcasting, akin to early ESPN.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Complete a pre-event background check.
• Familiar with iOS devices.
• Professional, personable, and detail-oriented.
• Positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in live event production, sports, or customer service.
• Interest or experience in grassroots soccer, lacrosse, basketball, volleyball, football, or wrestling.
• Valid driver’s license for equipment transport.
