Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients on the Telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, identifying and responding to changes promptly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the Cerner EMR
• Educate patients and families on care plans, cardiac monitoring, and health management
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, clinical procedures, and safety standards

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire or Compact RN license (required at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry RN experience, including travel nursing experience
• BLS & ACLS certifications (current)
• Ability to pass a Dysrhythmia exam with a score of 80% or higher during onboarding
• Up-to-date resume reflecting relevant clinical experience
• Two recent Charge/Manager RN references in Telemetry
• Completed skills checklist for Telemetry nursing specialty
• NURSYS report for RN license verification
• RTO (Requested Time Off) must be included at time of submission

• Assignment Type: Locum tenens (Travel Registered Nurse contract)
• Unit: Telemetry (East 1/North 2)
• Shift: 12-hour nights
• Hours per Week: 36
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 10/6/2025 – End: 1/3/2026)
• EMR: Cerner (experience preferred, not required)
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1,970 – $2,030
