Job Details

• Location: Cleveland, OH 44195
• Setting: Medical/Surgical Telemetry Unit
• Contract Length: 13 weeks (potential extension up to 15-16 weeks)
• Start Date: October 13, 2025
• End Date: January 12, 2026
• Shifts: Rotating Day/Night, 3x12-hour shifts per week (7:00am-7:30pm & 7:00pm-7:30am)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2250 - $2310
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing (Locum Tenens)

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of permanent experience as a Telemetry RN or Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse
• Recent MS/Tele experience (travel nursing experience accepted)
• Active, permanent Ohio RN license or Compact State RN license
• Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS (all current)
• One supervisory reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty
• Ability to work every other holiday
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation

Telemetry RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a busy Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, responding promptly to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Float to other nursing units as needed to support hospital operations
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and clinical standards
• Participate in required orientation and ongoing nursing education modules
