• Location: Cleveland, OH 44195
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (potential extension to 15-16 weeks)
• Start Date: October 13, 2025
• End Date: January 12, 2026
• Shifts: Rotating Day/Night 12-hour shifts (7:00am-7:30pm / 7:00pm-7:30am), 3 shifts per week
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2250-$2310
• Employment Type: Travel Nurse (Locum Tenens)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes in patient status
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record
• Participate in unit orientation and ongoing competency assessments
• Float to similar nursing units as needed to support hospital operations

Qualifications

• At least 18 months of permanent RN experience in Med/Surg Telemetry prior to travel assignments
• Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience (travel RN experience accepted)
• Active, permanent Ohio RN license or compact state nursing license required
• Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS (all current and active)
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation
• One supervisory reference in specialty (manager, ANM, supervisor, or director)
• Ability to work at least every other holiday
• Background check and fingerprinting required prior to start
