Summary:

In the position of Production Supervisor you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and motivating the activities of all assigned employees to meet or exceed safety, quality, delivery, cost and production goals.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Support management in the coordination of activities concerned with production of company product(s), and establishes production priorities for products in keeping with effective operations and cost factors, utilizing knowledge of product technology, production methods and procedures, and capabilities of machines and equipment.
  • Ensure production processes run reliably, efficiently, and comply with quality control standards. Plan and oversee production schedules. Ensure production resource requirements are met.
  • Organize, monitor, and prioritize tasks to meet production goals. Evaluate various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency
  • Responsible for teaching, coaching, mentoring, and leadership on the production line(s). Train and manage teammates to ensure desired performance is achieved and all operating standards are adhered to. Administer policies
    and procedures
  • Tracks key performance indicators/costs, anticipate and correct trends which would compromise achievement of financialtargets

Position Requirements:

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Business Administration, Industrial Management, Supply Chain Management or related field of study
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in production supervisor role within the beverage or food manufacturing environment
  • Computer Skills Desired: Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Preferred Certifications: Manufacturing Management Certification (CTME) a plus

Base Salary Range: $55,000 - $76,000 annually
